Justin Harchar was a wonderful young man, and my dear nephew. He loved dirt bikes and car racing and was involved with that for years. He was a senior mechanic at Orange County Sanitation and made a nice salary. He was kind and thoughtful, and was always there for family. On New Years Eve 2019, he took his life. We love you, Justin. We miss you. Say hello to your Aunt Rayma for me, and dance with her because she will love that.
