I’m going to make this in my Nutribullet RX machine using the soup setting which will cook the soup. We’re making it tonight. I’ll take pictures and let you know how it tastes.
Ingredients Produce 1 Apple 1 Butternut squash, small 2 Carrots, medium-sized 1 cloves Garlic 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger, fresh 1/2 Lemon, fresh juice from 1/2 tsp Thyme, dried 1/2 White onion (I love sweet onions, so I’m substituting) Refrigerated 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened Canned Goods 4 1/2 cup Vegetable broth, low-sodium Condiments 2 tbsp Maple syrup, pure Baking & Spices 1 Black pepper 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp Sea salt 1/2 tsp Turmeric Alternative: Garnish with some maple cinnamon roasted chickpeas and raisins
